L´objectif de ce cours est de dispenser des connaissances et d´habiletés aux agents communaux et de la société civile sur le Budget Participatif. Le cours comprend quatre modules.
Le contenu sera dispensé en se basant sur les cas d´étude. Ces cas d´étude permettent de comprendre les expériences réelles dans l´introduction du budget participatif.
